We have really kept busy lately with trips to visit colleges with Aunt Fifi and our normal playdates and local activities. Aaron has been great on the college tours even sitting through various promotional videos and Q-A sessions without much of a peep. He is enjoying the local “spraygrounds” in the heat, which are much more fun now that he is walking.
Here’s the video you’ve been waiting for! Sorry it’s sideways. He’s a bit unsteady still, but getting braver by the day. I thought crawling was scary but this really takes the cake!
Another whirlwind trip has come to an end. We had such a good time seeing friends and family galore on our recent trip. Highlights were DC meet-ups with mom’s Webb classmates;visits with Aunt Cody and Aunt Stephany in Alexandria; holiday celebration with Uncle Andy and Stephanie in Baltimore; and bummin’ at the beach in Rehoboth, DE with dad’s relatives. Aaron has started to take 3-4 independent steps at a time and plays a mean game of peek-a-boo.
We are fast approaching the big W! Here’s his latest video. We’ve had to get more and more creative to keep this curious little guy entertained despite the terrible heat. He’s making lots of friends on our adventures and it’s fun for mom to see what the older kids are doing so that I can anticipate better what’s ahead.
